Pennsylvania building codes
Pennsylvania regulates construction through the statewide Uniform Construction Code (UCC), administered by the Department of Labor & Industry. The UCC adopts editions of the International Building Code by reference; the editions below reflect codes adopted into law in the Commonwealth.
