Turn climate cues into design questions
For early massing, test orientation and external shading across the occupied hours instead of using a generic north-facing rule. For the envelope, compare solar control, daylight and winter heat loss together. Record whether operable windows are viable once traffic noise, air quality, security and humidity are considered. Treat rain control as a layered facade and site-drainage problem, not as an inference from the NCC zone.
