A 2-level civic / council office, 1,500 m², 2 storey template with a 30 × 25 m footprint and 9.2 m overall height. The model includes 1500 m² floor area, 2 storeys, 1 chambers, 48 desks, 12 chamber positions, 16 public seats, 3 meeting rooms.

Two retained WC/shower modules refined to 3 × 3 m for complete fixtures. Main parapet is 8.24 m; declared 9.15 m height now includes roof plant that exceeded the old nominal envelope.

The template ships with 21 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 19 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
