A single-level precast facade, joint + window + connections template with a 8 × 5 m footprint and 3.6 m overall height. The model includes 2 panels, 0.025 panel joint, 4 bearing connections, 4 restraint connections.

Two independently supported 3.0 × 3.3 m panels with a 25 mm vertical joint. Connection sizes, reinforcement and panel thickness are design assumptions.

The template ships with 3 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 1 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
