A single-level stormwater gallery, detention + swale + kerb inlet + permeable paving template with a 31 × 19 m footprint and 3 m overall height. The model includes 4 variants, 1 detention chambers, 1 swales, 1 kerb inlets, 1 permeable sections, 30 grass pavers.

Four isolated nominal drainage specimens use excavated openings through both the gallery floor and the automatic site pad. The front gallery is a continuous protected viewing route.

The template ships with 6 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 4 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
