Timber rainscreen, ventilated corner + cutaway

A single-level timber rainscreen, ventilated corner + cutaway template with a 6 × 5 m footprint and 3.3 m overall height. The model includes 0.025 cavity depth, 0.55 rail spacing, 0.02 board thickness, 0.3 ground clearance.

Vertical timber boards use horizontal fixing battens over vertical counterbattens, preserving a continuous 25 mm drainage path. A stepped cutaway reveals the build-up.

The template ships with 3 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 1 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
