MEP coordination study

MEP coordination study is an M13 showcase built from real Harth library objects: 2 parameterised instances of 2 distinct objects. The background is authored geometry — a 30 × 30 m inspection floor with context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure — so every services item in the scene is a live, editable library instance rather than fixed mesh.

Open it and the services objects keep their parameters and connector metadata, so the agent can inspect, check and correct them. 4 connectors are deliberately left open.

Original reference-informed architectural template; no survey, scaleVerified=false.

Metres; local +X right, +Y up, +Z rear; ground FFL=0.

Furniture, structure and engineering details inferred; not construction or code-compliance documentation.

900 m² retained ground shell with an independent 250 m² gross mezzanine before stair deduction. Thirty ground and twenty mezzanine workpoints remain. Three meeting pods, a shared kitchen, reception and sanitary room form an original conversion layout. Structure and services are nominal design, not engineering certification.

Real library geometry and parameters are retained. GLB and IFC are static inspection mirrors; use the placement package to create editable Harth library instances.

No routing solver or persisted connection graph is claimed. The documented port pairs are authored joints, and every unused port is listed.

Nominal design geometry; no engineering rating, code compliance, horticultural suitability or cadastral accuracy is claimed.

Try these prompts with the agent:

Check the ceiling duct run against the labelled portal cross-beam and report the geometric intersection.

Identify the open duct outlet using connector data; an open end is not a routed connection.

Propose a replacement offset run and verify each new joint and structural clearance explicitly.

The design specifies a 1:100 fall over a 6 m horizontal run, with only 40 mm available. Calculate the shortfall without treating this duct as a drainage pipe.
