A 3-level stair atlas, five types with landings and connections template with a 30 × 24 m footprint and 7.3 m overall height. The model includes 5 variants, 1 straight flights, 2 dogleg flights, 2 scissor routes, 18 spiral risers, 2 fire isolated concept flights.

Five independent specimens. The scissor has two interleaved circulation paths over two storeys, separated by a central screen. Fire isolation is a spatial concept only; no fire resistance or evacuation capacity is certified.

The template ships with 4 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 2 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
