The room schedule totals counts and areas per room type, adds the circulation percentage you choose and exports as PDF or CSV, in square feet by default or square metres. The brief and RFI builders assemble the facts you enter into a deterministic template; unknown fields stay marked as to be confirmed, nothing is invented, and the finished draft can be edited on the page before downloading it as a text file or PDF. The rendering prompt builder combines your scene, materials, light, camera and geometry-preservation instructions into reusable prompt text without calling an AI model. The mood-board maker arranges up to eight local images, samples their dominant colors, labels each material with the name you give it and exports the board as PNG or PDF.
Images and text are processed in the browser and are not uploaded. Downloading an RFI does not send it to anyone; that remains your project's communication channel.

What is the difference between a room schedule and an area program?
They are closely related. An area program is the target list of spaces and areas set before design; a room schedule often refers to the same list tracked through design, sometimes with finishes and room numbers added.

Does this tool generate renders?
No. It creates prompt text only, in your browser. You paste the text into a separate image model or rendering tool of your choice.
What is an architectural design brief?
It is a written statement of what a building project must achieve: its users, spaces, priorities, constraints, budget and timeline. It is agreed before design starts and used to test design options.

What does RFI stand for in construction?
RFI stands for request for information. It is a written question, usually from the contractor to the architect or engineer, asking for clarification of the drawings, specifications or contract.

What is the difference between a mood board and a material board?
A mood board collects images that set an atmosphere or direction. A material board shows the specific finishes proposed for a project, usually labelled with finish codes.
