A single-level primary classroom block, 4 rooms template with a 32 × 16 m footprint and 3.4 m overall height. The model includes 4 classrooms, 96 student seats, 2 withdrawal rooms.

Preserves four nominal 7 × 9 m classrooms, two 3 × 2.8 m withdrawal rooms, three breakout tables and four 5 m bag bays within the original 32 × 16 m footprint.

The template ships with 16 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 14 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
