A single-level service station, four dispensers + convenience shop template with a 48 × 46 m footprint and 6 m overall height. The model includes 4 pumps, 2 buried tank volumes, 180 m² shop area.

Four dispenser islands and two tank-shaped below-grade volumes are spatial placeholders. Fuel pipework, tank capacities, separation distances, fire protection and hazardous-area engineering are intentionally not specified. Tank excavation is exposed for model inspection.

The template ships with 4 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 2 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away.
