A 2-level three identical plots, two / four / eight dwelling options template with a 168 × 54 m footprint and 6.6 m overall height. The model includes 3 options, 2,4,8 units by option, 14 dwellings, 1936 m² plot area, 4 upper dwellings.

Three separate copies of the same 44 × 44 m generic parcel compare 2, 4 and 8 one-bedroom dwellings. Option positions are comparison offsets, not neighbouring development sites. No feasible yield, financial return, consent or parking standard is certified.

The template ships with 6 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 4 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
