Unitised curtain wall, 2 × 2 panels

A 2-level unitised curtain wall, 2 × 2 panels template with a 6.4 × 5 m footprint and 6.7 m overall height. The model includes 4 unit panels, 1.5 nominal module width, 3.3 storey height, 0.8 spandrel height.

A two-column, two-storey unitised bay with a separate exploded stack-joint specimen. No stairs are included: the upper slab is an assembly section, not an occupied storey.

The template ships with 3 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 1 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
