The design pressures for testing shall be those listed on the condensing unit, compressor or compressor unit name-plate, as required by ASHRAE 15.
An emergency shutdown control shall be located within 75feet (22 860mm) of, but not less than 25feet (7620mm) from, dispensers and shall also be provided in the compressor area.
Heat pumps having supplementary electric-resistance heat shall have controls that, except during defrost, prevent supplemental heat operation when the heat pump compressor can meet the heating load.
