Gym, 800 m² large format

A 32 × 25 m large-format gym with a 6.0 m clear height. Free-weight, cardio and functional-training zones share the main floor, with reception at the entry and change rooms and showers to one side.

A 200 m² training mezzanine with an overlook sits above the strength floor, reached by a stair off the functional zone. Equipment blocks including ten treadmills and eight weight stations are placed for renders.

The template ships with 8 saved scenes: a street-level approach, 6 interior views and an aerial three-quarter, plus a site pad with neighbouring context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure, so you can render or edit from any of them straight away. Dimensions are nominal metric starting points informed by published precedents; it is an original design, not a survey.
