Passive House MVHR kit
Passive House MVHR kit is an M7 showcase built from real Harth library objects: 11 parameterised instances of 5 distinct objects, with 8 authored joints recorded between their connectors. The background is authored geometry — an inspection floor with context massing, a north point and a 1.7 m scale figure — so every services item in the scene is a live, editable library instance rather than fixed mesh.
Open it and the services objects keep their parameters and connector metadata, so the agent can inspect, check and correct them. 10 connectors are deliberately left open.
Same building, three physical versions. All dimensions are original nominal metres; no measured property, scan or current site survey.
The source is the existing 140 m² three-bedroom template with one fitted garage. Site landscaping and driveway are omitted from comparisons; the house floor plan, furniture and opening centres are retained.
Envelope, frame, retrofit and protection details are design intent. No Passive House certification, structural capacity, fire rating, flood level, snow load or corrosion class is claimed.
Generic Google 3D Maps context is documented separately; no Google imagery or mesh is imported into these models.
Envelope thicknesses are comparative geometry, not calculated R-values. Airtight execution, moisture strategy, thermal bridges, heat recovery and annual demand require testing/simulation. Duct penetrations cut the real wall and insulation solids.
Real library geometry and parameters are retained. GLB and IFC are static inspection mirrors; use the placement package to create editable Harth library instances.
No routing solver or persisted connection graph is claimed. The documented port pairs are authored joints, and every unused port is listed.
Nominal design geometry; no engineering rating, code compliance, horticultural suitability or cadastral accuracy is claimed.
Try these prompts with the agent:
Inspect all four MVHR ports and the separate supply, return, outside-air and exhaust branches.
Check the exhaust connection on this MVHR. Would a duct configured as return-air be compatible?
Replace an exhaust branch duct with a correctly configured library instance and recheck both endpoints.
Identify the unconnected louver and roof cowl and explain the missing exterior routes.
